Returns & Exchange
REFUND & EXCHANGE CONDITIONS
Refunds and exchange are only eligible for defective or wrong items sent and is to be made strictly within 7 days upon receiving of products.
Products are to be in their original condition with tags and original packaging intact.
We will review your returns on a case by case basis and will process your refund in the form of store credits equivalent to the purchase price. Unfortunately, we will not be able to issue any cash refunds.
Sales and promotional items are final and are not eligible for returns and exchange.
MEASUREMENTS & LIGHTING VARIANCE
Due to different lighting setting, the actual colours of the items might differ slightly from the pictures. These are not considered as defects.
Do allow 0.5-1 inches of difference in the measurements stated as each piece of product is hand-sewn. As such, these variance will not be considered as a defect.
HOW TO RETURN/EXCHANGE AN ITEM
All return mails must be sent back to us via a trackable delivery mode within the next 7 days after approval.
Piperluna will not be responsible for any lost mails.
We are only able to process your return credits after receiving your parcel.
Delivery charges for defective or wrong items sent will be credited back to you via store credits only. Otherwise, it is not refundable and will be borne by the buyer.
