REFUND & EXCHANGE CONDITIONS
Refunds and exchanges are only eligible for defective or wrong items sent and are to be made strictly within 7 days of receiving the products. Products are to be in their original condition, unwashed, with tags and original packaging intact.
We will review your returns and process your exchange/refunds on a case-by-case basis.
Customized, sales, and promotional items are final and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
MEASUREMENTS (GARMENTS/EMBROIDERY) LIGHTING VARIANCE
Due to different lighting settings, the actual colours of the items might differ slightly from the pictures. These are not considered defects.
Do allow 0.5-1 inches of difference in the measurements stated, as each piece of product is hand-sewn, and 1-2cm variance for embroidery positioning. These variances will not be considered as defects.
HOW TO RETURN/EXCHANGE AN ITEM
All return mails must be sent back to us via a trackable delivery mode within the next 7 days after approval.
PiperLuna will not be responsible for any lost mails.
We are only able to process your return credits after receiving your parcel.
Delivery charges for defective or wrong items sent will be credited back to you. Otherwise, shipping will be borne by the buyer.
